100% viscose, bias cut dress with ruffles around the neck and hem. Full length sleeves with fine elastic around the bottom. Stitched in pockets and a 'shirt tail hem' around the bottom of the dress. A super flattering style.

Garment has been washed to eliminate any shrinkage.
